Carlton Elementary School Art Project – for an Artists in Residence program whereby three local artists worked with various age groups teaching students about drawing/painting, working with clay and fabric arts involving silk and felt. |

Wendy Thompson & Laura McMasters – for the design and creation of a booklet, called KALEIDOSCOPE, that guides users through eight day-trips exploring the natural wonders of Yamhill County – all beginning at Glacial Erratic Rock State Park.

McMinnville Downtown Association - to complete the purchase of a sculpture by the late local, nationally known Leroy Setziol for installation in the new McMinnville Municipal Court Building in 2009. It will be an addition to the Downtown Community Public Art project.
Newberg Public Library – for creation of a book club to provide free books and the opportunity for Newberg area adults to explore and discuss a variety of books having arts and humanities themes.
Linfield Chamber Orchestra – for Developing the Audience for Classical Music. This is an outreach program to underserved county residents giving them free tickets to a specific concert in Linfield’s annual concert series.

Friends of McMinnville Public Library – for the purchase of many copies of Crescent by Diana Abu-Jaber for MacReads, a county-wide reading, discussion, cooking and fiber arts project that ended with Ms. Abu-Jaber speaking at a free community event.

Jan Shield – for creation and exhibit (in Yamhill and Washington counties) of individual and collaborative works of art from 21 artists, motivated by the “NEST” concept, based upon the natural environment of Dancing Trees – a beautiful wooded landscape on Chehalem Mountain.
2007

Linfield Chamber Orchestra – for two appropriate, kid-friendly classical music concerts for fourth grade students from McMinnville, Dayton and Yamhill/Carlton involving Linfield College music professors and students, and additional professional musicians.

Arts Alliance of Yamhill County – for the Paper Gardens prose and poetry writing contest involving all children and adults residing in Yamhill County, plus the publication of the winning entries in a handmade chapbook and a widely distributed magazine format.
Yamhill Lavender Growers – for a festivalconcentrating on the art, food, crafts, personal care products and associated items involving lavenderthat celebrates the region's agricultural heritage.
2006

Yamhelas Community Resource Center – for creation of a Naturescape on the grounds of Yamhill/Carlton High School co-designed and constructed by students and staff of the Yamhill/Carlton school district.
Yamhill County Mediators – for developing an interactive theatrical production, ala a dinner theater, demonstrating ways to peacefully resolve common human conflicts.
Arts Alliance of Yamhill County – for design and production of a Web site, providing information about county artists, arts organizations and related activities.
Yamhill County artists – for participating in “River Reflections,” an art contest and subsequent traveling exhibit concentrating on the Yamhill River, its tributaries and eventual confluence with the Willamette River.
Providence Newberg Hospital – for the Youthful Art of Healing involving local middle and high school students, working with regional professional artists, creating long-lasting works of art for permanent display within the hospital.
Yamhill Lavender Growers – for a festival—concentrating on the art, food, crafts, personal care products and associated items involving lavender—that celebrates the region's agricultural heritage.
2005

Newberg Downtown Association – for design, via a community-wide contest, and production of one set of banners for Hwy 99 W in historic downtown Newberg.
Newberg Library – for Dia de los Ninos/Dia de los Libros, a bi-lingual celebration for Spanish speaking children with an emphasis on reading and using the Newberg Library facilities.
